Welcome to the Authentic Dad Podcast! I'm David Waranch and I coach dads on having a greater impact in the world, living on their own terms, and flourishing in their relationships.
Today, I'm joined by Eroll Doebler. His new book is called The Process, Art, and Science of Leadership: How Leaders Inspire Confidence and Clarity in Combat, in the Boardroom, and at the Kitchen Table.
The book is his reflection, as well as a practical guide, on leadership based on not only his unique experiences, but of all the mistakes he made along the way.
In the book, he references his experiences as a Navy SEAL, FBI Special Agent, Founder of his leadership consulting firm (Leader 193), and father as a basis for his leadership process. He uses his experience as a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor to show how breathing and cold exposure can be used as an intellectual tool to practice the elements of his leadership process.
If you're a dad who needs support in your relationships and are looking to make a greater impact in the world, I would love to hear from you.
My theme music is by Isaac Lourie. Check him out on Instagram @isaac_lourie_official.
