Today, I'm joined by Margaret Rizzuto. Margaret is a Midlife Empowerment Coach who serves women who are going through transitions whether feeling overwhelmed, redefining themselves or wanting to understand the things that hold them back.
She loves helping women to feel more empowered and fulfilled as they go through these experiences. She’s a strong believer that it is never too late and we are never too old to start something new. She’s uses positive psychology practices, intentional mindset, deep questioning and self observation as tools for creating big shifts for her clients.
Margaret’s been a guest on several podcasts, has written articles and conducted workshops on gratitude and runs a private Facebook group called, Mindful Midlife. A group for women who want to navigate midlife with curiosity, mindfulness and a whole lot of chutzpah! Gratitude is her touchstone and she’s an enneagram enthusiast who loves talking numbers and types.
If you're a dad who needs support in your relationships and are looking to make a greater impact in the world, I would love to hear from you.
